I made the mistake of getting into debt and I am definitely suffering the consequences. It feels like I will never get out of debt, especially now that I can’t make the payments on my credit cards. I have been making very small payments that don’t even meet the minimum payments and I had to stop making those because I do not have the money left to pay them after my rent is paid. I keep seeing commercials about debt consolidation and think that it is something I should pursue because my only other option is bankruptcy. If I can get my debt settled I can pay about half of what I owe and the settlement company will help me come up with reasonable payments that I can actually make. I did some research online and found a company that will help me get back on track with my finances and the consultation is free.
